Milongapartner met Fabian Salas for the first time way back in 1999, when Fabian was teaching a Argentine Tango Workshop at Caltech in Pasadena, California. He met him again just recently at the Fantasy Tango Festival in Miami, Florida over the Memorial Day Weekend 2007. Milongapartner took classes from Fabian regarding colgadas.
